I am a regular education teacher (with a Masters in Special Education) teaching in a fifth grade inclusion classroom. I have a full time special ed teacher in the room at all times and, together, we service all the children one-on-one, in small groups, or in large groups team teaching.
Hi Lisa. I just subscribed to your terrific blog. I noticed that most of the blogs you list in your blogroll are among my favourites. It's reassuring to discover that I'm in such good company!
Lisa,
Tell me more about your classroom. I would love to do team teaching or at least co-teaching but it seems I just can't get started. If the special ed teacher is in your room then they must not do pull out services. Is that right? Why are you working as reg. ed. with a MSed.? Just preference? Better situation? Better pay? I'm curious.
