Very cool! I wish it were an app you could download and use without the internet connect. I didn't see anyplace where you could - just use online there.
How are you? I am very happy to see you here, this is a great group of folks and an easy way for me to keep track of all my friends in one place. Not sure the next time I will see you but I hope it is not too long.
Dan, Just go to http://www.djsonaronline.com/turntables.html and you can grab the embed code. Then you can put it in any box that is widget enabled. ;)
Hey Dan, Glad to see you here as well. By the way, I was bugging Meida Pang recently about an activity but she told me she was leavin ITools and had passed it on to you and Suzanne F. Did you get that activity? It is something I'm working on for a teacher that she wants to do with a kiddo. Am I trying to make the program do something impossible? If there's a way, I'm sure you'll figure it out, if you have the time. I wish I was going on the Madentec Cruise with all you guys! It sounds like a lot of fun. Maybe next year? Have a great day!

Dan,
So, imagine my surprise and delight to find you listed on this Ning site. I have just recently joined and hope to get "up to speed" in the near future. I really enjoyed your presentation at NEAT last Tuesday, and felt much more comfortable in working with Clicker 5 by the time we were through. I've even used it during the past week with a student who I've been wanting to use it with. Your initial remarks about laying out student needs on paper really hit home with me. Sometimes I have found myself getting caught up in the what (software/device) rather than the why. Hope to be corresponding again soon.

Put the mouse over the record, have one student rap their poetry, writing, or the ABC's with a switch, their voice, a device, whatever. The other student can have a switch that clicks the mouse over the record to scratch!
