Hey Everyone-
I have been creating a one page assistive tech rubric/assessment. Would you mind taking a look and giving me feedback? All of the students at my site are dyslexic, planning to return to mainstream classes.
Are the items in the chart for each line, represent any hierarchy? I noticed in the writing section you had uses a spellcheck and dictionary, and uses a Franklin Speller. At first that seemed a little confusing to me... then I figured out you were referring to the spellcheck for those who type and the Franklin for students who prefer to hand write...?
Sometimes I find that if I delineate tools for acquisition of information and tools for demonstration of information on my reports and charts it helps the teacher to have a clearer picture.
You did a nice job of getting everything on one page. I really like that you included other media! That helps the teacher understand what can be utilized for those "alternative assignments".
