Seen some of you on twitter - My name is David Banes - I'm Director of Developmnet at AbilityNet the UK charity focussed on Digital Inclusion and disability.
Forgive my cheek but I have started a group called European perspectives, not because much of the US material isnot of value, but it is useful to chart evolutions and developmnet on this side of the Atlantic and compare notes. Definitions, funding and practice canbe quite different and I hope to gently stimulate a little debate and discussion
