Learning...Sharing...Creating

I think everyone should go check out the new Acrobat.com site.

It has a way to create PDF's online using a document in your Acrobat.com account's online storage, or from a file on your PC. I believe that there is a limit to 5 PDF's though.

There is a pretty cool online word processor called Buzzword that is in there.

And to me, the coolest part is the new Acrobat ConnectNow. There is a more beefy version call Acrobat Connect that allows for virutal meetings, much like Elluminate and DimDim, but it is all flash based...and Flash is availalble on most PC's nowadays by default...and as far as we can tell, there are no firewall issues as far as port blocking, because it is web-based. Anywho...ConnectNow is a FREE version. Think of it as Connect Lite. I am unsure of the seat limit, but it has mic and webcam capabilities, file sharing (basically a window with a list of uploaded files, so those attending the meeting can download the file), a personal URL to give out where your meetings will always be, screen sharing, chat, Whiteboard, and even VOICE CONFERENCING. Essentially they will supply you with Adobe's Voice Conference number, and give you a host and participant ID, and you can have voice conferences.

Figured I would share.

There has also been an online Photoshop called Photoshop Express released as well, but that is a few months old. You can even import photos from other accounts you have online, like your Google Picasa web gallery.
